At Van Van Go we want you to travel with the confidence of being backed up in case of a mishap. Therefore, all our vehicles have comprehensive insurance and assistance. What we do ask our customers is a deposit of 700€ by bank card (it can be either credit or debit card) in order to cover possible damages but, of course, if everything is in perfect condition this deposit is returned in full. In addition, if you are going to travel outside Spain with one of our motorhomes or campers, we provide you with the certificate commonly known as the Green Card.

With our motorhomes you can drive as you would with a car. That is to say, with a maximum speed of 120 km/h on highways and freeways and 90km/h on conventional roads.

All our motorhomes can be driven by a driver over 25 years old with a type B license, which is the most common.

Yes, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Of course it is! We know that going on vacation and leaving your faithful companion at home is not an option. Therefore, we want to tell you that in Van Van Go we are Pet-Friendly. So, tell us when you make the rental and it won't be a problem.

Of course we do! In fact, we currently offer this Transfer service with motorhome at the airports of A Coruña, Valencia, Santiago, Vigo, Bilbao and Barcelona. We pick you up at the arrivals gate and when your plane departs we take you to the departures terminal, we try to make it easy for you! In addition, now at the Valencia office, in addition to pick up and/or delivery at the airport, we also give you the possibility to do it at the port itself, if you arrive or leave by sea.

So that you lack nothing and travel with the greatest comfort, in Van Van Go we include in your trip the following: hygienic welcome kit, chemical for the toilet, unlimited mileage (from 3 days, for 3 days rental limit of 800 km, at 0.40€ each additional km), kitchenware, butane, parking for your vehicle, camping table and chairs, hoses and leveling chocks, cleaning set, all risk insurance with travel assistance and 700€ excess.

Unlimited mileage except in reduced season when 300 km per day will be available at a cost of €0.40 for excess kilometers.

At Van Van Go we know that each client has different needs! Therefore, we try to adapt to every circumstance but as a general rule the vehicle is delivered on the first day of rental in the morning and returned on the last day of rental in the afternoon. At our headquarters in Mallorca, we also offer the possibility to deliver the campers in another island, do not hesitate to ask us for more information!

The vehicle must be returned in good hygienic conditions with its interior clean and with the toilet and waste water tanks properly emptied. Otherwise, the user accepts the payment of the fixed amount of 120€. You also have the option of the Final Cleaning Plus that we talked about in the next question.

The Final Cleaning Plus is an extra that you have the option to hire so that you don't have to worry about, once your trip is over, sweeping, mopping or thoroughly cleaning the vehicle to return it. We do it for you! In fact, this is an advantage if, for example, you are traveling with pets. On the other hand, we must remind you that, even if you hire this Final Cleaning Plus, the motorhomes or camper vans must be returned in perfect conditions, without excess of dirt or without unscrubbed kitchenware. Neither will it be accepted under this plus to return the vehicle without having emptied the water tanks or the chemical toilet, as well as any sign or evident sign of an inadequate use. If so, these facts would be subject to a penalty with a surcharge of 120 € independent of the extra contracted for the final cleaning. So, if you want to make the most of your trip and not worry about that last "pass" before returning the vehicle, the Final Cleaning Plus is perfect for you. Add it during the online booking process and enjoy this advantage!

At Van Van Go we want you to travel in complete safety. That is why we offer you this Ergo insurance with which you will be entitled to medical assistance during your trip, as well as the refund of the amount paid in case of cancellation. Medical assistance:
- Medical, pharmaceutical and hospitalization expenses
- Repatriation
- Traveling companion in case of hospitalization
- Return due to hospitalization of a family member

Causes included in the cancellation insurance:
- For personal or family health reasons
- For legal reasons (attendance in court, polling station, etc.)
- For labor reasons (dismissal, joining a new company, taking official exams, etc.).

This Gourmet Hamper is an extra that you can purchase at some of our locations when you make your reservation online. Inside you will find the basic products to start your adventure without having to worry about running out to shop when the vehicle has been delivered to you. In it, you will have water, milk, Nescafé, Cola-Cao, sugar, pasta, fried tomato, salad, oil, vinegar, salt, tuna, cookies and juice. The Tollcard is a prepaid card associated to your vehicle's license plate, with a balance from which tolls are deducted. The Tollcard can be purchased at any Portuguese GALP gas station, at Portuguese CTT post offices or online. Easytoll and Tollcard are the same toll system, with different acquisition and payment methods.

All our motorhomes and campers use diesel fuel. Fuel consumption depends on several factors, as the size, weight and aerodynamics are different depending on the type of vehicle:

• Campers: Average consumption of 9 liters/100km
• Profiled: Average consumption of 10 liters/100km
• Cappuccino and whole grain: Average consumption of 13 liters/100km
